Come home to a house that's already clean.

Keep your home ready for real life, without spending your free time catching up on floors, bathrooms, counters, and glass.

A bright living room with a wall of clean glass looking out to the water.

Less catching up. More room for what matters.

The dust, fingerprints, streaks, and bathroom buildup don't wait around for your weekend. We help keep those tasks from becoming the thing that steals your evenings, weekends, and headspace.

Interior Cleaning

Every other week, the same crew cleans the whole interior to a standard that doesn't move. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, glass, and the details that usually get skipped.

Window Washing

Glass cleaned inside and out, with screens, tracks, and sills. Three services a year on a schedule you don't have to remember, or once on its own.

A cared-for great room with clean surfaces, built-ins, and a stone fireplace.
Interior Cleaning

Your home should support your life, not compete with it.

Your house should feel like a place to land, not another list waiting for you. We help keep the recurring work from taking over the time you'd rather spend living in it.

Every visit

  • Kitchen counters, backsplash, sink, and appliance fronts
  • Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized end to end
  • Floors vacuumed and hard surfaces washed
  • Dusting across surfaces, sills, and reachable ledges
  • Interior glass, mirrors, and entry glass
  • Beds made, linens changed when left out
  • Trash and recycling emptied and relined

On a rotating detail

  • Baseboards, door frames, and trim
  • Cabinet and drawer fronts
  • Light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vent covers
  • Under and behind movable furniture
  • Interior window sills and tracks
  • Appliance interiors on request

Window Washing

Let the light back in.

Windows collect fingerprints, pollen, hard-water spots, and winter film until the whole room feels a little dimmer. Clear glass makes your home feel brighter, fresher, and more open without adding another seasonal task to your list.

Spring

A full wash inside and out after the winter film and spring pollen, with screens, tracks, and sills serviced.

Midsummer

An exterior refresh that clears sprinkler spray, storm spotting, and the dust the season puts back on the glass.

Fall

A full wash inside and out before the weather closes in, so the light stays good through the shortest months.

Your weekend shouldn't start with a scrub brush.

Floors, bathrooms, counters, and glass don't stay clean for long. When your recurring list of cleaning tasks has a regular place on the calendar, your free time doesn't have to be the backup plan.

120 hours A year on interior cleaning

That's three full work weeks, spent on the inside of a house you already paid for.

2.3 hours Every single week

Before laundry, dishes, meals, errands, or anything outside gets counted.

Here's what we take off your list.

Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, shelves, mirrors, baseboards, and glass are where everyday life shows up. Keeping those areas cared for helps the whole house feel easier to live in.

Kitchen

  • Counters, backsplash, and sink scrubbed and dried
  • Exterior of the range, hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher
  • Cooktop degreased and the microwave cleaned inside and out
  • Floors washed along the edges, not just the middle

Bathrooms

  • Showers, tubs, and glass doors cleaned and treated for buildup
  • Toilets cleaned inside, outside, and behind the base
  • Vanities, fixtures, and mirrors polished
  • Floors washed and grout lines checked as we go

Living areas and bedrooms

  • Hard floors washed and carpets vacuumed with edges detailed
  • Surfaces, shelves, and decor dusted and reset
  • Interior glass, mirrors, and framed art faces
  • Beds made and linens changed when you leave them out

The parts most services skip

  • Baseboards and trim on a rotating schedule
  • Vent covers, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
  • Window sills, tracks, and interior glass
  • Under and behind the furniture that moves

One plan for the work that keeps coming back.

Floors, bathrooms, counters, glass, and the details don't stay done for long. Choose the recurring care that fits your home, so you don't spend your best hours catching up on your housework.

Have questions? We've got answers.

How often do you come?

Every other week, twenty-six visits a year, on a set day. Weekly service is available if your house runs harder than that, and it's priced separately. Monthly visits rarely hold a house at this standard, so we don't recommend them.

What happens on the first visit?

The first visit is a reset. It takes longer than a regular visit because it brings your house up to the standard the recurring schedule then holds. We scope it at the walkthrough and confirm the price before we start.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of the homes we clean are empty during the visit. We settle access, alarm codes, and pets at the walkthrough and keep that arrangement on file, so it doesn't have to be worked out again every time.

Can I get just the windows?

Yes. A whole-house window wash inside and out, including screens, tracks, and sills, starts at $645. The final price depends on how many windows you have and how they're reached, and we confirm it before the work begins.

How is my price set?

By the size of your house, the number of bathrooms, the surfaces in it, and how hard it gets lived in. The prices on this page are starting points, not flat rates. We walk the property, write the scope, and confirm your number before anything is scheduled.

What's outside your scope?

Carpet and upholstery extraction, post-construction cleanup, exterior pressure washing, and anything that needs a licensed trade. If you ask for something we shouldn't be doing, we'll say so and tell you what kind of specialist the job needs.

Walk in and there's nothing to do.

We keep the inside of your home clean and the glass clear all year, so your house stays ready without becoming one more thing you manage.
