Is this a home inspection?
No. The Home Plan can use an existing inspection report, service records, warranties, and what you’ve noticed as inputs, then organize them into priorities and a roadmap. It’s not an engineering evaluation, a code-compliance review, an appraisal, or a technical diagnosis.
How does the Home Plan fit with Home Care?
Every Home Care membership includes the $795 Home Plan. It keeps priorities, recurring maintenance, completed work, and what should happen next connected. If you only need the plan, it is also available separately for $795 in the first year, with separate annual updates at $595.
How long does it take and what’s required of me?
We walk the property with you and talk about how you use the home, what has been bothering you, and what you want to improve. We review whatever records you already have, but you don’t need to organize your paperwork before we arrive.
