Home Care is the easiest way to stop carrying the house by yourself.
It is $149 a month with an annual agreement and includes four quarterly visits following our standard maintenance calendar plus the $795 Home Plan. It does not include handyman hours. Repair work is scoped separately, starting at $165 when added to a scheduled Home Care visit or $275 as a standalone visit.
