# Hatchwell Homes

We provide a recurring handyman and preventive home-maintenance membership for owner-occupied homes in selected Twin Cities west-metro communities.

## Service

Every member receives four planned Home Care Visits each year. A professional Home Care Technician handles routine maintenance due for the home and works through the small repairs, installations, adjustments, and household projects we planned from the homeowner's running list.

## Plans

- Essential: $2,400/year, paid quarterly, up to 4 technician hours each quarter, 16 annually, recommended
- Complete: $4,500/year, paid quarterly, up to 8 technician hours each quarter, 32 annually
- Single Visit (not a membership): one visit in exactly two sizes, a half-day of 4 technician hours for $595 or a full day of 8 technician hours for $1,190; labor only, no Home Plan and no reserved capacity

Every plan includes routine maintenance, the running home list, visit planning, the ongoing Home Plan, and access to separately purchased additional member visits subject to availability.

## Home Plan

The Home Plan records Upcoming care, Next Visit work, the homeowner's Home List, and Completed work, supported by photos, notes, preferences, recurring problem areas, and home-specific details. It comes with membership and is not sold separately.

## Boundaries

Materials may be additional. Larger requests may need approved additional time or a future visit. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing, and other regulated trade work are outside the current public scope. We are not an emergency service and do not promise immediate availability.

We do not provide house cleaning, standalone outdoor property care, inspection, contractor coordination, remodel management, concierge, or estate-management services. Limited exterior and yard maintenance requests, such as leaf or seasonal debris cleanup, can be reviewed through membership visit planning.
